The trade fair Intersolar 2024 is just around the corner. Therefore it’s time to take a closer look at our highlights in the area of in-house mounting systems. We will be presenting new products and adaptations for both the IBC AeroFix G3 flat roof system and the IBC TopFix 200 pitched roof system. We also provide an outlook on future developments and new systems.
One for All – The New AeroFix G3 Universal Protection Mat
In construction, efficiency is a crucial factor. Therefore, we have developed a new universal protection mat for all its aerodynamic flat roof mounting systems, including the IBC AeroFix G3. This versatile mat is suitable for all roof coverings and ensures material compatibility. Installers now have the perfect protection mat for every situation, no risk of mix-ups. In addition to its excellent price-performance ratio, installation companies save on storage costs.
Reliable and Versatile – The New Sheet Metal Tiles of IBC TopFix 200
The proven modular system IBC TopFix 200 for pitched roofs also features innovations. IBC SOLAR introduces several new sheet metal tiles to the market. Like all other sheet metal tiles from the company, these comply with the regulations of the German Roofing Trade Association (ZVDH). They address common issues such as tile breakage, water ingress into buildings, or roof damage by eliminating the need for labor-intensive tile modification and cutting. With a wide selection of colors and patterns, we draw on 12 years of experience in the sheet metal tile sector, consistently offering manufacturer-independent models.
A Glimpse into the Future: Product Preview at the Exhibition Booth
IBC SOLAR’s trade partners know that all in-house mounting systems are not only known for their high quality but also for their quick and easy installation. These systems are continuously evolving. At Intersolar 2024, visitors can already explore various new roof hooks for the TopFix 200 system. These hooks are suitable for thicker roof battens. Additionally, one model will only require one tool to install the module support profiles. This saves installation time.
Visitors also get the opportunity to find out more about an upcoming enhancement to the AeroFix G3 mounting system. Thanks to innovative adjustments and additional components, this aerodynamic system will be usable for modules up to 3 square meters in size while still meeting snow and wind load requirements. Due to extensive product testing at the SUNLAB testing laboratory, in which the module and mounting are tested in a unit, we consistently maintain high-quality standards.
The IBC SOLAR experts look forward to engaging in active dialogue at Intersolar Europe from June 19 to 21, 2024, in Hall A4, Stand A4.470 and A4.570.
