Another milestone in the energy transition has been reached: The Wetzen Solar Park in the district of Lüneburg (Lower Saxony) has been successfully commissioned and handed over to the operator enercity Erneuerbare GmbH. Covering an area of approximately 22 hectares, the plant will generate solar power and serves as a model of partnership and collaboration on equal terms. (more…)
In November 2025, we at IBC SOLAR, together with selected expert partners, had a very special opportunity: On invitation from Huawei, we were able to visit the company’s manufacturing and research facilities in Shenzhen, China. This exclusive trip gave our partners the chance to get to know Huawei as a brand and its innovative solutions up close, while also exchanging ideas with experts from around the world. (more…)

Today marks the beginning of a new chapter at IBC SOLAR: Julius Möhrstedt officially takes over as CEO of IBC SOLAR AG – and with that, assumes responsibility for a company that has been shaping the energy transition for over 40 years.
