Long-standing employees are always something special to us. For many years, they have contributed to the company’s success with their dedication. To honor this commitment, the management of IBC SOLAR invited all employees celebrating anniversaries over the past 1.5 years to a joint evening at the Landhotel Augustin in Schwabthal, near Bad Staffelstein last week.
A total of 41 guests came together, and the special atmosphere was already noticeable during the cozy get-together by the fire with mulled wine and beer. Most of these colleagues have been with IBC SOLAR for more than 15 years, and three of them for over 25 years – adding up to more than 800 years of combined IBC SOLAR expertise in one evening. These milestones truly deserve recognition.
To kick off the culinary part of the evening, a small highlight followed: our CEO Julius Möhrstedt and our CSO Patrik Danz personally served the starter. As the evening continued, the colleagues who have been part of the IBC SOLAR family for many years were honored. Each individual name represented a personal story and countless moments that have shaped IBC SOLAR.
The evening showed how long-term commitment and experience help shape the company. It also offered space for exchange, for memories, and for the awareness that we have grown together as a team over the years.
