Crafted with Care and Precision

For more than 20 years, we have been working in the field of in-house mounting systems with St. Joseph GmbH – a workplace for people with disabilities. This partnership is one of the keys to the high quality of our products. The employees work not only with passion, concentration, and fun but also notice the smallest mistake on screws, nuts, and the like. At IBC SOLAR, we greatly appreciate this dedication and regularly visit the workplaces. This time, we brought a small gift. Each employee received a custom-made IBC SOLAR team member T-shirt.

Divided into different teams, the employees manufacture our in-house IBC SOLAR mounting systems. The required quantities change according to demand. For the employees of the St. Josephs, this is easily manageable because, as in many areas, teamwork is crucial. Each team member has their task and performs it so precisely that even the smallest discrepancies are noticed. The numbers prove it: since the beginning of our collaboration, there has not been a single complaint. This is particularly impressive considering that some of the work involves the smallest screws and millimeter precision. Larger mounting accessories, such as our AeroFix G3 base rails, are also prepared in no time.

The preparation of the base rails is completed in no time.

Despite all the work, fun is not neglected. To show our appreciation and say thank you, we gladly fulfilled the employees’ wish and gave the entire team custom-made employee T-shirts. We also took the opportunity for a small photo shoot to capture a behind-the-scenes look. It was a special moment for us and the workplace.

Small gesture, big impact

At IBC SOLAR, we greatly appreciate the dedication of St. Joseph and are delighted with so much heart and commitment. We believe it is important to continue supporting institutions like this. Therefore, this year we will support the workshops with a small Christmas donation.
