September not only gradually introduces the start of autumn. It is also the time when numerous young women and men from upper Franconia start their apprenticeship. This applies to Jennifer Will, Nils Lieber and David Meindlschmidt. Since the 2nd of September, the three are now part of the IBC SOLAR family and start their apprenticeship as industrial managers. In this respect, the trio represents the fourteenth generation of apprentices at IBC SOLAR.
In the upcoming three years, the young colleagues can look forward to an extensive training plan in which they gain valuable insights into various departments at IBC SOLAR. From purchase, international business and sales department to customer service, controlling and logistics. The three apprentices will get to know all important aspects needed for their job.
