Riding a bike or e-bike on a regular basis, not only reduces stress significantly but also keeps you healthy and less ill in everyday life. In order to help further promote this health concept, IBC SOLAR is now making use of a cooperation with the Job-Rad-Leasing offer for its employees in Germany. This is not only sustainable and protects the environment, but also pays off for employees thanks to the state subsidy. 
Your own official bike as an employee benefit
Today, there are numerous ways to make the workplace more attractive and to promote employee motivation. Modern companies come up with a few ideas and offer their employees additional benefits. The option of obtaining a company bike from the employer at low cost, which can also be used privately, is definitely one of the more attractive ones and employees and employers benefit from this.
And this is how it works: The employee selects the desired bike from the local bike dealer or online. In terms of manufacturer or brand, everything is allowed – whether as an e-version or classic. The company bike is then leased through the employer and available to the employee without restriction, even for private use. The job bike is insured and the employer pays the costs. A real added value that is also financially worthwhile for the employee. Because since 1 January 1 2020 only 0.25 percent of the bicycle list price (RRP) has to be taxed. This saves costs.
