After months of planning, the time had finally come again: From June 23 to 25, 2026, we were represented at Intersolar Europe in Munich. With over 2,600 exhibitors and around 105,000 trade visitors from all over the world, the trade show once again focused on the energy transition. We, too, presented our own energy solutions as well as those of various partners. Last but not least, our airbrush tattoo studio provided a special highlight. In this post, we look back on Intersolar 2026.
Our new mounting solution: IBC AeroFix GreenRoof
With the IBC AeroFix GreenRoof, we introduced an expansion of our proven IBC AeroFix flat-roof system for green roofs. The new solution stands out for its high system compatibility, enabling quick, easy, and safe installation.
Strong partners: Focus on commercial storage solutions & heating
Together with our partners, we presented a broad portfolio of the latest storage systems for the commercial sector and solutions from the heating segment (PVT systems, heat pumps, and air conditioning units). Through the intelligent integration of heating, photovoltaics, storage, and electric mobility, we provide our installers with comprehensive, coordinated energy concepts that are easier to plan and simpler to implement.
Fix Rocks! Our tattoo studio at the trade fair
A special highlight this year was our very own airbrush tattoo studio. Under the slogan “Solar installers love our mounting systems”, we showcased our humorous mount campaign featuring various designs. We were able to get more than 2,000 people excited about getting a tattoo. Combined with a contest and an additional offer of temporary tattoos, the promotion generated a lot of attention, great conversations, and a fantastic atmosphere at our booth.
Conclusion
We look back on Intersolar 2026 with a positive outlook. In particular, the personal interactions with our business partners, industry colleagues, and the numerous visitors to our booth made the trade show a special experience for us.
