Solar drinking water supply in Hanoi

Every now and then we report on the versatility of photovoltaics. It is used for different purposes all over the world. In Hanoi (Vietnam), for example, green solar power has been providing solar treatment of drinking water since the beginning of the year. There, our international project division, IBC SOLAR Energy, constructed a 2.7 MWp PV system for the water treatment plant of the AquaOne Group. (more…)

An innovative PV project in Poland

496 photovoltaic panels, a capacity of 164 kWp and four 17-story buildings in Poznan, the capital of Wielkopolska region. These were the specifications of the latest solar project of IBC SOLAR in Poland. Together with one of our Premium Partners, a complex PV installation was installed on the roofs of four 17-story buildings of the Poznan Housing Cooperative Winogrady. From team event to Teams event

Like for many other young people, our training started in September 2020. After about half a year of the pandemic and unusual circumstances, it finally meant we could start our professional lives. Since the corona situation had eased a bit during summer, it was easier to get together with the other trainees. From a joint lunch break on the first day to our first get-together a few weeks later – it was perfect to be able to discuss things and chat. However, the Corona situation was not making it easy for us and the long-awaited team event had to be cancelled in the end. Nonetheless we came up with a creative alternative. (more…)
