Solar park maintenance with additional men power

In addition to daily monitoring and fault management, one of the core tasks of the Operation & Maintenance department is annual solar park maintenance. Every solar park in the IBC SOLAR portfolio is put through its paces. The so-called “Health, Safety, Security & Environment Requirements”, or HSSE requirements for short, are decisive for all work in solar parks. Another large-scale project went into operation in Turkey

3.43 MWp in the province of Niğde

Our Turkish regional company has completed another large-scale solar plant with a total capacity of 3.43 MWp in the province of Niğde. This is the third major project IBC SOLAR Turkey has been realised since the beginning of the year as EPC project. The plant will produce 6 million kilowatt hours of solar power per year for grid feed-in and prevent the release of around 4.000 tons of CO2. (more…)

New major project in Turkey connected to the grid

1.1 MWp in province of Eskişehir

We reported on the busy weeks of our Turkish regional company IBC SOLAR Turkey last summer. This included five major projects being implemented simultaneously. The first projects have now been connected to the grid; including a 1.1 MWp project in the province of Eskişehir. We are expecting a PV expansion of between 1 and 1.5 GW for the entire Turkish market in 2017 – despite the bureaucratic hurdles for project development. (mehr…)
