International support for the marketing of storage solutions

The installation of a PV plant with lithium-ion storage system is a very complex matter in which some requirements must be observed and preparations must be made. For example, there are usually different connection variants for battery storage systems. In addition, the communication and the most needed connection to the Internet often raise questions with the installer. Three new major projects in Asia went into operation

Project Phalodi with 22.5 MWp in India

At the end of May, we put the photovoltaic project Phalodi with a total capacity of 22.5 MWp in India into operation. Phalodi is already our sixth project in India. In total, we have 50 MWp installed capacity in the country. In Japan, also in May we realized two new PV plants in the prefectures of Saitama and Ibaraki with a total output of 3.5 MWp. By the end of the year we will have developed, built and sold more than 25 MWp in Japan to private investors. (more…)

PV flagship project supplies solar power to tenants

In conjunction with our Premium Partner DEHM ug we planned and implemented a photovoltaic system with a total output of 20 kWp on the roof of a residential building in Weingarten (Baden-Württemberg) as part of a tenant electricity. The operator and investor of the system is Technische Werke Schussental GmbH & Co. KG (TWS) from Ravensburg. (more…)

“Mounting systems” blog series part 6: Flat roof heat insulation – How much of a burden can it handle?

Flat roofs are particularly well suited for the installation of a PV system – especially when a large PV system should be placed on the roof. More and more flat roofs are being equipped with PV systems; in the case of commercial business, they are usually for self-consumption. We have already discussed the installation of PV systems on flat roofs in part 4 of this blog series.
